We also notice organisations shifting their focus. CSR and environmental strategies are a corporate priority, with ‘green’ credentials increasingly promoted for competitive advantage.

So we decided to do something - Catalyst enables companies to become active in a changing socio-economic climate with an integrated approach to Leadership Development, Community Action and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Coracle has strong links in South Africa and is experienced in taking teams to support local initiatives and provide practical support such as building schools, teaching and supporting businesses.

Catalyst is a ground breaking and transformational development programme to support existing projects in Africa with short-term teams of business leaders from across the UK. We design each programme to match the specific development needs and learning outcomes of each member of the team and also support the long term vision of our community partners.

Bringing these elements together will be a catalyst to create lasting change in individuals, companies and communities.
