About Tim Robson:

The Coracle team is led by Management Consultant, Tim Robson. Before launching Coracle, Tim was Head of Customer Service Design for Marks and Spencer, working across all store formats, sales channels and product lines. He also developed customer service & brand awareness programmes for stores and remote teams, which led to the creation of the company.
Tim’s passion to develop operational teams started early in his career when he joined Prudential. After project and operational roles, he left as Head of UK Business Improvement. He also led Service Change and Contact Centre teams at HBOS and ran M&S Retail Customer Services.
Alongside this has been Tim’s ongoing study of communication, people and team behaviour and his experience as an accredited NLP Master Practitioner.
Tim took a career break a few years ago to start a charity, run a skate park and build schools in Africa. We continue to be committed to supporting people and charities in Africa through Coracle’s Catalyst programme and Tim regularly participates in sporting events, raising money for various organisations. Two charities we particularly support are The Lance Armstrong Foundation and our valued client, The British Heart Foundation.
